3. Products & Print-on-Demand Nature

Every item on Take One Threads is printed to order through our production partner. Because of that:

•      Colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person due to display settings and fabric dye variation.

•      Minor variations in print placement, garment cut, or color between individual units are normal and expected with on-demand production.

•      Product availability, colors, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Site itself — including our logo, original graphics, layout, written copy, and the “Take One Threads” name — is our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.

A Note on Our Designs

Take One Threads designs are inspired by memorable lines from film and pop culture, reimagined as original graphic art. We do not use official studio artwork, character likenesses, or licensed imagery, and Take One Threads is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the studios, production companies, or rights holders of the films referenced.

5. Orders & Payment

•      All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

•      We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory/production issues — you'll be notified and refunded in full if this happens.

•      Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider(s); we do not store your full payment card details.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
