Processing Time

Every Take One Threads piece is printed to order — nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you. That means we ask for a little patience up front so the finished product is worth it.

•      Orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they ship.

•      You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking as soon as it leaves the print facility.

•      Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location:

•      Domestic (U.S.) orders: typically arrive within 3–8 business days.

•      International orders: typically arrive within 5–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Added together, most domestic orders land in your hands within about a week to ten days from the day you order. During peak periods (holidays, major sales, or new drops) processing times may run a bit longer — we'll always keep you posted if that happens.

Order Tracking

You'll get tracking information by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in a while, give it a couple of business days before reaching out — carriers occasionally lag on scans — and then contact us and we'll look into it.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

Because each item is custom-printed, orders with several products (or items like hats) may occasionally arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days. If that happens, you'll have tracking for each shipment.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their destination country. These are outside our control and aren't included in your order or shipping cost. We're unable to ship to a small number of countries due to carrier or legal restrictions — if that affects you, we'll let you know at checkout.
